Second car in two years: appellate court judge Tetyana Kozyr bought a new Volkswagen for 1.4 million

Judge of the Northern Appellate Commercial Court (Kyiv) Tetyana Kozyr purchased a new Volkswagen T-Roc (2025) in May for 1.42 million hryvnias from LLC «Porsche Inter Auto Ukraine».

This is already the second new car during the war. In March 2023, the judge bought a Mazda CX-5 (2022) for 1.35 million hryvnias. 

The judge previously indicated her daughter, but now family members are not listed in the declaration. The woman has a plot of 1500 m² in the village of Bilohorodka, Bucha District of Kyiv region (acquired on May 24, 2021, for 631.5 thousand UAH). She also declares the right to reside in an apartment of 72.4 m² in Kyiv. The owner is Kozyr Lyubov (mother). It is indicated that the apartment was acquired on May 12, 2025, and its value is not specified.

The salary of the judge of the Northern Appellate Commercial Court — 2.93 million hryvnias. Insurance payments from the insurance company «VIDI-Strakhuvannia» — 84 thousand UAH. The woman declared 154 thousand dollars and 1.5 thousand euros in cash. She also keeps 128 thousand hryvnias. 

Tetyana Kozyr is currently a judge of the Northern Appellate Commercial Court in Kyiv; previously, she worked at the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine and was also a judge of the Cassation Administrative Court within the Supreme Court. It was her decision as a judge of the Higher Commercial Court on January 27, 2010, that handed over the Mezhyhiria complex to the company «Tantalit», which was a structure of the former fugitive president Viktor Yanukovych.
