MIA official Yevheniy Korniyko declared a Spanish apartment worth 6 million hryvnias and million-dollar family assets
Deputy Head of the RSC of the MIA in Kyiv and Chernihiv region Yevheniy Korniyko has declared a significant volume of assets, part of which are registered in the name of his partner and son.
According to the declaration data, the official is registered and resides in the village of Trebukhiv, Brovary community. He is not married; however, he cohabits with Tetyana Korniyko, while his son Nazariy is registered in Boryspil.
Among the declared assets is an apartment in Spain valued at UAH 6.2 million (2023), as well as an apartment in Turkey registered in the name of his partner. In addition, the family’s ownership includes a house in Trebukhiv, several land plots in Kyiv region, and two apartments in Kyiv.
The declaration also lists vehicles, including a Nissan Juke, a Mercedes-Benz ML 250 CDI, and a Toyota Land Cruiser 200, the latter being in the official’s use but registered to a third party.
Financial data indicate the presence of cash savings held by Korniyko and his partner, as well as income from entrepreneurial activity, which in the case of Tetyana Korniyko exceeds UAH 5 million.
It is separately noted that a significant portion of the assets is registered in the name of the partner or the son, while the official uses these assets.
The material also draws attention to potential risks, in particular the sources of funding for foreign real estate, the structure of income, and the registration of valuable property in the names of third parties.
