Financial shenanigans at the Tax Office: Oleksiy Pylypenko sold his Kyiv flat for 3 million, but ‘forgot’ to declare the money

Director of the Department for Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Oleksiy Pylypenko earned 3 million hryvnias from the sale of real estate in 2025.

This is reported by the Telegram channel "VIY.Ukraine".

Additionally, he received a salary of 1.3 million hryvnias from the State Tax Service of Ukraine, as well as DSR payments and a pension totaling 550 thousand hryvnias.

Oleksiy Anatoliyovych has no issues with real estate. He owns property worth tens of millions of hryvnias across Ukraine.

In 2025, he decided to make a change and sold a large apartment in Kyiv. Instead, he now rents a 49-square-meter apartment.

Oleksiy Pylypenko keeps 900 thousand hryvnias in cash, while his wife holds 400 thousand hryvnias.

At the same time, the fate of the 3 million hryvnias from the real estate sale remains unknown.
