Eight people wounded as a result of Russian attacks in Kherson region
Throughout Saturday, July 11, eight civilians were injured in the Kherson region due to Russian shelling and drone attacks.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
Consequences of enemy strikes and the injured
The Russian army shelled populated areas of the region with barrel artillery and also actively used attack drones. As of 17:30, the following data on injured citizens has been recorded:

Six residents of Kherson and one resident of the village of Kucherske were injured as a result of drops from enemy UAVs.

Among those injured in drone attacks were two employees of a medical facility.

Another man — an employee of a local utility company in Kherson — was injured after stepping on a Russian “petal” mine.
Destruction and investigation
In addition to human casualties, enemy fire caused significant damage to infrastructure and citizens’ property. The following damage has been recorded in the region:

private and apartment buildings;

a local dormitory building;

enterprise premises and agricultural machinery;
-
healthcare facility buildings;
-
a city trolleybus and private vehicles.
Law enforcement agencies have opened a pre-trial investigation under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine into the new war crimes committed by the Russian Armed Forces.
