Chief of the Kremenchuk District Police Department Oleksandr Kholondovych has submitted a fresh declaration of assets and income. Among the declared assets of the official were two apartments, significant cash savings, and a premium car registered in his wife’s name.

This is reported by investigators.

In 2025, the head of the law enforcement agency in Poltava region earned 722,204 UAH. His wife Darya Kholondovych, who works at the company Gradosfera, declared 417.6 thousand UAH in salary. In addition, she received an additional 350 thousand UAH from the sale of movable property.

The family owns real estate in Kremenchuk. The first apartment with an area of 35 sq.m was purchased back in 2007 and belongs to the official, his wife, and Yana Henchel under joint ownership rights.

The second object with an area of 51.1 sq.m was purchased by the police officer in 2023. The indicated value of this housing in the documents is only 9 UAH, which is most likely a technical error when entering data into the register. The actual market price of similar real estate at the time of purchase in September 2023 ranged from 900 thousand to 1.3 million UAH.

Also, the district’s chief police officer owns a land plot with an area of 1.8 hectares. This plot is located in the village of Borysiv, Khmelnytskyi region, and the head registered ownership of it in 2024.

Special attention is drawn to the family’s vehicle. In August 2025, they acquired an Audi Q7 2018 model. The official value of the foreign car is estimated at 808.9 thousand UAH. The SUV is registered to the official’s wife, while Oleksandr Kholondovych himself only has the right to use the car. In previous reports of the police chief, other cars were also registered to his wife.

Regarding financial savings, the couple jointly holds 11 thousand US dollars and 80 thousand UAH in cash. Currently, the National Agency on Corruption Prevention must determine during an official inspection whether the existing assets fully correspond to the real income of the law enforcement officer’s family.
