Frontline situation: over 200 battles per day, occupiers used nearly 6,000 kamikaze drones

Since the beginning of the day, 212 combat engagements have taken place on the front line.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The aggressor carried out 52 airstrikes, using 152 guided aerial bombs, deployed 5,978 kamikaze drones for strikes, and conducted 2,227 shellings of our troops’ positions and populated areas.

On the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk axes, three combat engagements with the enemy took place. The occupiers launched five airstrikes, dropping 13 guided bombs. The enemy carried out 60 shellings of populated areas and our troops’ positions, four of which involved multiple launch rocket systems.

During the day, on the South Slobozhanskyi axis, the enemy launched nine assaults on the positions of our units near Starytsia and Vovchansk, and toward the settlements of Lyman, Hrafske, Mala Vovcha, and Odradne. Five combat engagements are still ongoing.

On the Kupyansk axis, the enemy made one offensive attempt toward Kupiansk.

Twelve enemy attempts to advance toward the settlements of Novyi Myr, Stepove, Drobysheve, Ozerne, Lyman, Dibrova, Stavky, and Novoselivka were repelled on the Lyman axis. Two more combat engagements are currently ongoing.

On the Slovyansk axis, the Defence Forces successfully stopped 23 enemy attempts to advance toward Rai-Oleksandrivka and Pyskunivka, and in the areas of Zakitne, Kryva Luka, and Riznykivka. Two more combat engagements are still ongoing.

On the Kramatorsk axis, Russian invaders carried out two attacks near the settlement of Nykyforivka and toward Malynivka.

On the Kostyantynivka axis, the Defence Forces repelled 20 enemy assaults in the areas of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, and Ivanopillia, and toward Dovha Balka, Stepaniivka, Vilne, and Kucheriv Yar. One combat engagement is currently ongoing.

The enemy carried out 26 attacks on the Pokrovsk axis. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas of Rodynske, Hryshyne, Vasylivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske, Filiia, and toward the settlements of Nove Shakhove, Myrne, and Novopavlivka. Two combat engagements are still ongoing.

According to preliminary estimates, 39 occupiers were eliminated and 18 wounded in this sector today; one artillery system, four pieces of special equipment, and 31 enemy shelters were destroyed. Three artillery systems, five vehicles, and 87 enemy personnel shelters were damaged. A total of 267 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or suppressed.

On the Oleksandrivka axis, the enemy carried out one attack toward Vorone.

On the Huliaipole axis, the Defence Forces successfully repelled 12 enemy attacks toward the settlements of Vozdvyzhivka, Olenokostiantynivka, Staroukrainka, Huliaipilske, Tsvitkove, and Charivne. Two combat engagements are currently ongoing.

On the Orikhiv axis, the enemy launched one assault on the positions of our defenders near Bilohiria.

On the Prydniprovskyi axis, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions.

No significant changes in the situation were recorded on other axes.
