Shooting in a Kyiv courtyard: woman shoots man over noise remark

In Kyiv, a 43-year-old woman opened fire on a passerby who had made a remark to a noisy group. The victim was injured and hospitalized.

The incident took place on Akademika Korolyova Avenue near a residential building. A local resident saw the group behaving too loudly and expressed his dissatisfaction to them.

During the conflict, the woman in the group pulled out a pistol and fired several shots at the man. She then attempted to flee the scene.

The 27-year-old victim, who sustained gunshot wounds to the abdomen and arm, was taken to hospital. Police later detained the suspect and seized a firearm with ammunition from her.
