Defence Forces struck the Sivash drilling rig in the Black Sea: Russians stored weapons and equipment there

This was reported by the Naval Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

According to the military, the facility is located on the Golitsyn gas condensate field. The Russians used equipment on the rig to control strike drones, as well as to guide and adjust attacks on southern cities of Ukraine.

Elite units of Russian special forces were also based on the drilling rig. There, the Russian military placed weapons, including portable missile systems and other equipment intended to counter Ukrainian drones.
