Metropolitan Serhiy of the UOC-MP was released from the Darnytskyi TRC, while attempts are being made to mobilize the archpriest, — lawyer

Lawyer Nikita Chekman reported that Metropolitan Serhiy of Tulchyn and Bratslav of the UOC was released from the Darnytskyi TRC, while attempts are being made to conscript Archpriest Anatoliy Vyshnevyi into military service.

According to his information, the metropolitan was held at the TRC from eight in the morning, and no documents regarding the detention were prepared. His Ukrainian passport was also seized without drawing up a protocol, act, or receipt.

Chekman emphasized that he considers the actions of the TRC employees illegal and intends to challenge them in accordance with the established procedure.

Regarding Archpriest Anatoliy Vyshnevyi, according to the lawyer, attempts at mobilization continue. Chekman claims that the priest was not wanted and had not violated the rules of military registration.
