The HACC continued to impose a preventive measure on “Muse” Ivakhnenko in the “Carthage” case

The High Anti-Corruption Court continued consideration of the preventive measure for Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko, who appears in NABU materials under the pseudonym «Muse».

This concerns the NABU and SAPO case «Carthage», in which law enforcement announced the exposure of a criminal organization linked to «protecting» a network of fraudulent call centers.

The day before, the court postponed consideration of the motion regarding Ivakhnenko. Today, September 7, the hearing continued. At the same time, earlier the HACC imposed on Serhiy Kropyva, another defendant in the case, a preventive measure in the form of detention with an alternative bail of 120 million hryvnias.
