Justifying the risks, the SAPO prosecutor emphasized the close connection between Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko and Serhiy Kropyva. They reside in one of Kyiv’s most expensive residential complexes — Taryan Towers.

Apartment rentals in this complex range from 2 to 5 thousand dollars per month. Such expenses do not align with the official incomes of either Kropyva or Ivakhnenko. In his declaration, he reported salary and pension, while on the recordings she mentioned a “three thousand” salary at a law firm and “pennies.”

Separately, the prosecutor noted that Kropyva’s driver effectively manages Ivakhnenko’s household and, among other things, drives her on vacation to western Ukraine.
