The SAPO prosecutor, during a HACC hearing, cited another episode which, according to him, indicates personal connections of Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko with high-ranking officials. In particular, she is personally acquainted with Prosecutor General Ruslan Kravchenko, and they were all together in Madrid.

According to the prosecutor, after the trip Ivakhnenko deleted photos from Madrid. In addition, she discussed with Serhiy Kropyva what gifts to buy for Kravchenko and his wife for their birthday.

The prosecutor cited these circumstances during the consideration of the preventive measure for Ivakhnenko in the “Carthage” case. On September 7, HACC placed her in custody with the possibility of posting bail of 20 million hryvnias.
