In Kyiv, the procedure for transporting passengers on open sections of the metro during yellow and red threat levels has been determined. The green line will operate according to different schemes depending on the level of danger.

This was reported by Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klychko.

During the yellow threat level, the Syretsko-Pecherska line will operate without restrictions. Trains will run across the Pivdennyi Bridge, ensuring transportation of passengers between the left and right banks of the Dnipro.

In case of a red threat level, the green line will operate in separate sections. Trains will run between the stations «Syrets» — «Vydubychi» and «Slavutych» — «Chervonyi Khutir».

The Svyatoshynsko-Brovarska line, as before, will operate in a limited mode. Passengers will be transported on the underground section from the «Akademmistechko» station to «Arsenalna».

Ground public transport in the capital will continue to operate without restrictions.

Additionally, an extra bus route is operating in Kyiv that duplicates the red metro line. It constantly runs from the «Palats Sportu» station through «Arsenalna» to the «Lisova» station.
