"Inaction of a law enforcement officer": National Police investigates incident of woman beaten in Lviv

The Main Department of the National Police in the Lviv Region has ordered an internal investigation into an officer who failed to intervene in an incident involving the use of physical force against a civilian.

This was reported by the press service of the Lviv region police.

The reason for the review was a video published on social media showing a representative of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center forcibly dragging and throwing a woman to the ground during mobilization activities. A police officer present at the scene observed the serviceman’s actions but took no measures to stop the unlawful conduct.
