This was reported by the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Lysak.

As a result of the attack, a multi-story residential building was significantly damaged. Emergency and utility services continue to work at the scene, and an operational headquarters has been deployed.

According to Lysak, owners of damaged apartments can receive compensation.
