The number of injured as a result of the Russian attack on Odesa has risen to 24: among them are two children

As a result of a massive Russian attack on Odesa on September 13, 24 people were injured. Seven of them refused hospitalization, while the rest are in city hospitals receiving medical care.

This was reported by Olena Kolodenko, director of the health department of the Odesa City Council.

According to her, most of the injured have shrapnel wounds. There are also people with first- and second-degree burns. One patient is in serious condition and is currently in the operating room.

“One person is in serious condition. Almost all cases are mild, some are moderate (in terms of severity — ed.),” said Olena Kolodenko.

Among the injured are two children. One child received outpatient care, while the other, in moderate condition, was transferred to the Odesa Regional Children’s Hospital.
