President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in an evening video message .
“Today Russia dealt another blow to Sumy. There are wounded. Unfortunately, there are deaths. My condolences to everyone who lost family and friends,” Zelenskyy said.
He stressed that Russia will definitely answer for this evil.
“Our soldiers will ensure terrorists are held accountable,” the President added.
