An explosion was heard in Kharkiv as a result of Russian shelling this afternoon, March 23. After this, an air raid siren sounded in the city.

“A minute before the air raid warning was announced, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv,” the publication said at 17:39.
As the mayor’s office said, Kharkiv is under Russian shelling.
"The city is under fire from the invaders again. Be careful!" - Terekhov wrote in his Telegram.
