It is worth noting that the air raid alert in the city and region was announced at 20:42, and the message about the explosion appeared 17 minutes later.
There was no official information about the causes of the explosions from the authorities or the military.
According to Lysak, an air defence system was operating in the region.
“The defence forces shot down an enemy drone in the Dnipro region,” he added.
