Occupants shelled Borova, Kharkiv region: a child died


Russian troops this evening, March 27, shelled Borova, Kharkiv region. The impact killed a 12-year-old child.

This was reported to Facebook by the Attorney General’s office.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Izyum District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war involving premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the Office of the Prosecutor General said in a statement.

According to the investigation, on March 27, at about 9:20 p.m., the Russian military fired at the village of Borova, Izyum district. A 12-year-old boy died. Residential buildings and a kindergarten were also damaged in the village. The exact type of weapon used to strike is being established.

The pre-trial investigation is carried out by department No. 1 of the Izyum MUNP in the Kharkiv region.
