In the Kherson region on March 29, a man was blown up by a Russian mine. He drove out on a tractor to a field in the Vysokopilska community to carry out spring field work.
The tractor driver died on the spot. This was reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
“On March 29, at about 1:40 p.m., in a field near one of the populated areas of the Vysokopilska community, a tractor driver died while performing spring field work. While driving the equipment, the man ran over an explosive device left by the Russian army, which detonated,” the report says.
A pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings has been launched into violation of the laws and customs of war, which is associated with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Procedural management is carried out by the Beryslav District Prosecutor’s Office.
Prosecutors and other law enforcement officials are documenting yet another war crime by the invaders.
