Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with ballistic missiles on the afternoon of March 31. Explosions were heard in the city.
The alarm in the Kharkiv region was declared at 16:07. "Attention! Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, Poltava, Kherson, Mykolaiv regions - the threat of the use of ballistic weapons!" – reported the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As of 16.12 there were reports of an explosion in Kharkiv.
"Attention to residents of Kharkiv and the region: stay in shelters. The occupiers are striking!" – called the head of the RMA Oleh Syniehubov.
The mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, made a similar appeal to Kharkov residents.
At 16:28, the Air Force warned about launches of guided bombs (CAB) by tactical aviation in the Kharkiv region. Another explosion was reported in the regional center.
