As the head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, said, the explosion that was heard in Kharkiv was associated with a hit in the Lyubotynskiy community of the Kharkiv region.
According to him, the attack was on civilian infrastructure.
There are no previous injuries.
“Checks must be carried out. Moreover, there is a threat of a second strike,” Syniehubov said.
