Representatives of the National Defence Strategy Commission of the United States of America arrived in Ukraine on Wednesday, April 3.
This was reported by the press service of the President’s Office.
As the department said, during the meeting with delegates, massive air attacks by the Russian Federation on the energy and civil infrastructure of Ukraine using missiles, Shahed and CAB were discussed.
In particular, the Ukrainian side emphasized that, first of all, Ukraine needs to strengthen air defense, increase the number of artillery and long-range weapons. Therefore, the decision of the House of Representatives on assistance to Ukraine is extremely important.
“It is very important that our nations are together. Your visit is another signal of strong support from the United States,” said the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak.
