This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional state administration Oleh Syniehubov and the mayor of Kharkiv Ihor Terekhov .
“The occupiers again hit the civilian infrastructure of Kharkiv. There are preliminary casualties. The details are being established,” Syniehubov said.
According to Terekhov, as a result of the “arrival” a strong fire broke out at a production plant in the Industrial District.
“There is a large-scale fire at the enterprise. There is already information about casualties,” the mayor said.
Syniehubov explained that, according to preliminary data, four people were injured - three civilian men and one woman.
