Occupants shelled Sumy region 21 times in 24 hours: there is a victim


Over the past day, Russian war criminals carried out 21 attacks on border areas and settlements in the Sumy region. According to the local regional military administration, a woman died due to attacks on Sumy on May 11.

The RMA noted that a woman born in 1987 died as a result of an enemy missile attack . The victim received multiple injuries incompatible with life. The authorities expressed sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

A total of 93 explosions were recorded in the region. Sumy, Khotyn, Yunakivka, Miropil, Bilopil, Krasnopil, Velykopysarivka, Esman, Shalyhyne, Seredina-Buda communities were shelled.

Krasnopilska community: the enemy used mortars (10 explosions). Bilopilska community: an FPV drone strike (1 explosion), mortar shelling (3 explosions), artillery (10 explosions). Velykopysarivska community: Russians dropped 6 mines on the community’s territory. There was also artillery shelling (19 explosions). Shalyhinska community: mortar shelling was recorded (8 explosions). Esman community: the enemy attacked with mortars (6 explosions) and artillery (14 explosions). Miropilska community: mortar shelling (2 explosions). Seredina-Buda community: Russians dropped 2 mines on the territory of the community. Yunakivska community: artillery shelling (4 explosions) and an FPV drone strike (1 explosion) were recorded. Sumy community: the enemy launched a rocket attack on the infrastructure of the suburbs of the regional centre (a woman died here). Khotyn community: an attack with an MLRS was carried out (4 explosions).
