Now the speaker of the Ministry of Defence Dmytro Lazutkin says that once every five years.

“Today, the norm is that the conclusion of the MMC is valid for five years,” he said.

“There are a lot of rumors, projects, ideas. So far they are not, let’s say, legally recorded,” Lazutkin said.
