This figure is 40%.
The lion’s share is grain export schemes.
Thank you for noticing what market experts have been talking about for three years now, but, unfortunately, during this time we have lost tens of billions of dollars forever for the budget and the army.
Now we understand that statements about the need to raise taxes for 60% of the economy are made because the remaining 40% do not pay these taxes at all.
