A law enforcement source spoke about this.
“The incident happened on July 20 around 23:00. According to the TRC, the man lost his balance while passing the MMC and fell down the steps. The victim was taken to the hospital already unconscious, where he died. Doctors diagnosed a severe brain contusion with a fracture of the skull bones,” the source said.
He also added that a criminal case has been opened regarding this fact.
