Local media report that the head of the district TRC was detained in Ternopil.
According to their information, the detention of the Borshchiv military commissar occurred during a meeting of the Defence Council of the Ternopil region.
It is reported that the head of the TRC systematically demanded money from the men. The amounts he received are not yet known.
