A 9-year-old child was injured as a result of shelling of the Sumy community


On August 11, Russians carried out 33 attacks on border areas and settlements in Sumy region. 138 explosions were recorded.

This was reported by the Sumy RMA Telegram channel.

The following were subjected to shelling, in particular:

Myropilska community: there were air strikes by the CAB (8 explosions), artillery shelling (14 explosions). Bilopilska community: there were FPV drone attacks (2 explosions), mortar attacks (22 explosions). Krasnopilska community: the enemy used artillery (19 explosions), FPV drone (1 explosion). Seredyno-Budska community: 2 mines were dropped by Russians on the community’s territory. There was also shelling from cannon artillery (6 explosions). Novoslobidska community: mortar shelling (18 explosions), cannon artillery shelling (10 explosions), and a UAV air strike (2 explosions). Yunakivska community: UAV air strikes (3 explosions) and a missile strike (1 explosion) were recorded. Shalyhynska community: a UAV attack (3 explosions). Esmanska community: the enemy delivered a UAV attack (1 explosion). Khotynska community: the enemy attacked with mortars (7 explosions). Sumska community: UAVs delivered a UAV attack (2 explosions).
