Government representative in the Rada Taras Melnychuk reported that the Cabinet of Ministers has clarified the requirements for subpoenas, as well as the mechanism for checking and sending them.
Summons generated using the "Oberih" registry will be assigned a unique electronic identifier in the form of a QR code. It will be possible to check the information in the summons, including through "Reserve".
The status and legal force of subpoenas have been defined. The content of information in the description of the attachment sent with the subpoena has been clarified.
The addresses for sending summonses for those liable for military service who updated their information after July 16 are also indicated.
