Two civilians injured in Russian drone attack in Sumy region


The Russian military launched a drone strike on civilian infrastructure in the Sumy region, injuring two men.

The Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this in a telegram .

According to the investigation, at approximately 12:00 on August 19, the enemy attacked the civilian infrastructure of the city of Seredyni-Buda in the Shostka district, using FPV drones, according to preliminary information.

As a result of the attack, two civilian men, aged 44 and 47, were injured.

Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of the shelling.

A pre-trial investigation is underway into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
