This was reported by the spokesman for the operational-tactical group "Kharkiv", Colonel Vitaliy Sarantsev.
"Of course, the enemy is trying to conduct active assault operations in all hot areas of the front. At the same time, we are successfully holding back the enemy, inflicting losses on him. And under favorable conditions, we counterattack and improve our tactical position. We have had certain successes, but I am cautiously optimistic. But I am confident and want to assure you that there will definitely be good news," said Sarantsev.
According to him, the enemy’s activity continues, first of all, in the Vovchansk direction and in the direction of the settlement of Lyptsi. "There, the enemy is trying to conduct active assault operations. It is using the tactics of small infantry groups, trying to advance and expand the zone of control. But it is not succeeding, because the Defence Forces are acting confidently and decisively and are effectively repelling all enemy attacks," added the press secretary of the OTU "Kharkiv".
