Sounds of explosions were heard in Kharkiv on Monday, September 2. City residents are asked to stay in shelters.
This was reported with reference to the city mayor Ihor Terekhov on Telegram.
"It was very loud in Kharkiv. Be careful," Terekhov wrote.
The head of the Kharkiv RMA, Oleh Syniehubov, also reported the danger, calling on local residents to remain calm and stay in shelters.
Soon Syniehubov reported another explosion in the city.
As of 16:30, there was no information about damage or casualties.
