Russian military shelled the village of Petropavlivka in the Kupyansk district, resulting in three people being injured, including a child.
This was reported in the Telegram by the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Kharkiv region.
"On September 16, at approximately 10:30 AM, the Russian military shelled the village of Petropavlivka in the Kupyansk district. As a result of the enemy strike, a residential house burned down. An 8-year-old boy and two women aged 24 and 50 sustained explosive injuries," the statement says.
Investigators have initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of the laws and customs of war).
