Air defence forces destroyed all "Shaheds" that the occupiers launched at Kyiv


By means and forces of air defence, all Shahed-type kamikaze drones that the enemy used this night for attacks on Kyiv were neutralized. There are no destructions or casualties in the city.

This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) Serhiy Popko.

The official noted that on the night of September 30, Russian "Shaheds" approached the capital in "waves and from different directions".

"This was the fourth air attack on Kyiv! As during previous attacks, the enemy again used strike UAVs similar to Shahed," noted the head of the KCMA.

In the capital, the air raid alert lasted over five hours.

"By means and forces of air defense, all Russian strike drones that posed a threat to Kyiv were destroyed," the official said and added that the exact number and type of enemy drones will be reported by the Air Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"Preliminarily, there are no destructions or casualties in the city," the official said, emphasizing the importance for citizens to stay in shelters during an air raid alert.
