Employees of the Verkhovna Rada Apparatus have been prohibited from installing and using Telegram for official purposes both on work computers and personal devices.
According to MP Yurchyshyn, this was done following the recommendation of the National Security and Defence Council.
Yurchyshyn notes that previously, employee data had already leaked through Telegram.
