President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy enacted the decision of the National Security and Defence Council to dissolve all MSEC by December 31 of the current year.
By December 31, draft laws on amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine must be developed, which will define MSEC as subjects of criminal liability for illegal enrichment.
