Due to a Russian shelling, the tracks on the section between Mykolaiv and Kherson were damaged.
This was reported by the press service of "Ukrzaliznytsia".
They warned that trains heading to Kherson will stop in Mykolaiv, and passengers to Kherson will be transported by buses.
"All 78 of our passengers to Kherson will be delivered to their destination with maximum comfort. We thank the Kherson Regional Military Administration for their support and prompt response to the situation. Railway repair teams have already been dispatched for restoration work. We plan to restore rail service for the return trip," the message from "UZ" states.
