In the sky over Cherkasy region at night, Ukrainian defenders shot down 11 "Shaheds", with no casualties or damage.
This was reported by the head of the Cherkasy Regional Military Administration, Ihor Taburets, on Telegram.
“Air raids were sounding in the region at night. The last one lasted almost nine hours. According to preliminary data, during this time our defenders shot down 11 "Shaheds". There were no reports to emergency services regarding casualties or property damage,” the head of the region wrote.
He urged the residents of the region not to ignore air raid warnings, to “react, not delay, and ensure safety.”
