This academic year, school graduates will once again take a unified exam instead of the external independent evaluation (EIE).
The council approved the respective draft law.
There will again be 4 subjects, of which 3 are mandatory: Ukrainian language, mathematics, and the history of Ukraine.
The fourth subject is optional: a foreign language, biology, geography, physics, chemistry, or Ukrainian literature.
The National Multi-subject Test (NMT) is taken only by those who wish to enter a university. Mandatory exams for grades 4, 9, and 11 are still absent.
