At the same time, according to intelligence information, it’s premature to talk about the enemy’s offensive groups.
In the south, the Defence Forces are opposed by an enemy group consisting of 200,000 Russian military personnel and forcibly mobilized individuals from the occupied territories.
This was reported by the spokesman for the South of Ukraine’s Defence Forces, Vladyslav Voloshyn, on the air of the TV channel "We-Ukraine".
"The enemy allocates forces according to each direction depending on where he is beefing up efforts, where he is holding the defence, and distributes them at each section of the combat clashes. At the moment, the enemy has not formed offensive groups, according to our intelligence data," noted Voloshyn.
However, according to the military, in some areas, the Russians are forming additional assault groups to conduct attacks with small infantry forces - up to 10 people in each.
In addition, in some sections of the front, the enemy is gathering armored vehicles to support these assault operations.
