She refuted the data regarding the alleged 1.5 million exemptions that were mentioned in the Ukrainian media.
As Svyrydenko noted, when the reservations through "Diya" first started to take effect, the statistics rose to 1.049 million people—because some companies were submitting documents simultaneously in both paper and electronic forms.
The highest recorded number of exemptions is 950,000.
