During his speech in the Rada, Health Minister Viktor Lyashko promised comprehensive changes in the MSEC.
His words were quoted by Deputy Zheleznyak.
"Regarding the MSEC, the minister’s response:
- they are preparing a draft law (since 2023) to replace the system,- the draft law is already in the government, next - registration in parliament,- instead of 500+ MSEC, there will be a team of experts - doctors where treatment/rehabilitation takes place,- maximally digitalized, which is supposed to eliminate corruption risks and the human factor," he noted.
