The violators contacted the administrator of the Telegram channel, who was supposed to guide their route in real-time.
And later, in case of success, the evaders were supposed to pay him $3000 each.
The "tourists" were detained and protocols on administrative offenses were filed against them.
The case will be reviewed by the court.
