In Zaporizhzhya, over 17,000 citizens were left without electricity due to an enemy attack. In Sumy region, a Shahed drone hit a dormitory, resulting in non-survivable injuries for seven civilians.
On the night of November 19, 2024, Russia attacked Ukraine with 87 Shahed attack UAVs and unidentified drones from Kursk, Oryol (Russia), and the temporarily occupied territories of Crimea.

"As of 09:00, the downing of 51 enemy UAVs has been confirmed in Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhya, and Kharkiv regions. As a result of active counteraction, 30 enemy UAVs were lost in different regions. One UAV is still in the airspace of Ukraine, combat operations are ongoing," the report states.
