On Wednesday, November 27, the occupying forces of the aggressor country Russia struck the settlements of the Kherson region with artillery and drones. As a result of the strikes, a 67-year-old resident of Bilozerka was killed, and ten others were injured in Kherson, Antonivka, Stanislav, and Beryslav.
The consequences of the shelling were reported by the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office. As of 5:30 PM, it was known about the deceased woman and ten injured among the civilian population.
The majority of the injured sustained wounds due to explosive drops from drones.
The deceased was a 67-year-old resident of Bilozerka.
Five people were injured in Kherson, two in Antonivka, two in Stanislav, and one in Beryslav.
At least 18 civilian objects were damaged: private and apartment buildings, a medical facility, cars, etc.
In Kherson, the Dnipro district was under attack, including one of the city’s medical facilities, as well as apartment buildings, reported the RMA and published a video of the aftermath of the shelling.
As a result of the strikes, buildings suffered significant damage. Windows were shattered in the hospital, and a large hole formed in the wall. In people’s homes, balconies and windows were broken.
As soon as the security situation allowed, specialists from the regional communal emergency rescue service joined in eliminating the consequences of the enemy shelling.
They are carrying out urgent restoration work, said the RMA.
Prosecutors and investigators are taking all necessary measures to document the crimes of the Russian occupiers, stated the regional prosecutor’s office.
An investigation has been initiated regarding the commission of war crimes (part 1, 2 of article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
