The occupying forces of Russia carried out missile strikes on Kharkiv during a mass attack on the morning of November 28. Initially, the largest district of the city – Kyivskyi – was hit, where a hit was recorded on a civilian enterprise.
This was reported by the mayor Ihor Terekhov. Explosions in the city were heard after 06:00, and details are being clarified.
"According to preliminary information, the strikes targeted the territory of one of Kharkiv’s civilian enterprises in the Kyivskyi district. Currently, no information regarding casualties has been received," the mayor wrote.
The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov stated that three explosions were heard in the city.
"All three strikes were in the Kyivskyi district of Kharkiv. As of this moment, there are no casualties," he added at 06:35.
