The court upheld the arrest of the property of the head of the Khmelnytskyi MSEC Krupa

The Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court upheld the arrest of the property of the chief doctor of the Khmelnytskyi Regional MSEC, Tetyana Krupa.

This was reported by the AC HACC on Telegram.

"On December 4, the Appeal Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court considered the appeals of the defendant’s defenders, as well as representatives of third parties regarding the property, the arrest of which is being decided, against the ruling of the investigating judge of the HACC dated October 31, 2024, on the arrest of the property," the statement said.

The arrest of the property was imposed by the investigating judge in a case of suspected illegal enrichment of the chief doctor of the Khmelnytskyi Regional MSEC (Article 368-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
